Was just watching Venture Bros and the episode "Past Tense" heavily features Gong's "You" album cover above the bed and a "Yea" poster done in Yes's logo...
What are some prog references in TV, Films, and public places that you've caught?
Here's a great one from Fringe:

On Mystery Science Theater 3000:
Austin Powers 2:
There was also a scene I can't find on Youtube: Dr.Evil: "There will be two Moon units. Moon Unit Alpha and Moon Unit Zappa."

MST3K is awesome! There's a whole page devoted to Zappa references: home.comcast.net/~eichler2/mst3k/fzmst3k.htmI remember one where a kid held up a map with a bunch of weird faces on it, and one of the 'bots said, "My Hawkwind album cover will help!"

On MST3K - Giant Spider Invasion, a few times there's this synth sound that sounds like it's from Lucky Man, and they sing the chorus.
On an episode of the Simpsons, Homer was using a loaner car and he was singing "Driver of a loaner car, driver of a loaner car, much better than a driver of my normal car..."

Around the 57:00 mark: "He's sneaking past Robert Fripp's room" and around the 58:00 mark: "Ooh! What a lucky man... he was!"
